One way to get through a Minnesota winter is to plan vacations for the coming year. I find this helps me keep my mind off the current cold and have something to look forward to! We are going to Jamaica in May for my best friend's wedding and we are SO excited! I am also in the process of trying to convince my IL's to spend this Christmas in Cabo. Maybe even for 2 weeks! We would also celebrate my golden birthday (27 years old on Dec. 27!) and New Years there. We have timeshare at The Grand Mayan resorts and we want to visit the new one they just built in Cabo. Here are a few pics from our last trip to The Grand Mayan in Acapulco in April. We've also been to the one in Puerto Vallarta. They are amazing resorts!
